Refund policy

In accordance with French law (Articles L221‑18 et seq. of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring penalties.

Eligible Products: All standard products (film rolls, photographic film, and accessories) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition — unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exception – Customized Products: Personalized products including custom text cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code (goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized). These items are made especially for you and cannot be resold.

Exception – 3D Printed Items: Variations inherent to 3D printing (slight surface irregularities, tone or texture variations between pieces) are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. They do not qualify for returns or refunds.

1.  Contact us via the contact form on messwithfilm.com and include your order number.
2. We will confirm whether your item is eligible for return and provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Return shipping costs: Returns are at your expense. We can provide you with a prepaid return label, the cost of which will be communicated to you and deducted from your refund, or you may choose your own carrier.

 Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the total amount paid, minus return shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exceptions – Free Return Cases: Return shipping costs will be covered by us in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged product upon receipt.
• Order preparation error on our part.
• Product not as described.

Legal Warranties: In addition to the right of withdrawal, you also benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.
