Terms of sale
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of physical products (film, photographic film rolls, accessories, and 3D‑printed items) offered by messwithfilm.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC). messwithfilm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied will be the one displayed on the website on the day the order is placed.
Article 3 – Orders
Any order placed on messwithfilm.com constitutes a distance contract between you and messwithfilm. The sale is considered final only after the order confirmation email has been sent and full payment has been received.
Article 4 – Personalization
For products offering a text personalization option, the customer agrees not to submit any content that is offensive, discriminatory, racist, defamatory, or otherwise contrary to public decency.
messwithfilm reserves the right to refuse any personalization that does not comply with these conditions. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded within 14 days, with no penalty for the customer.
Article 5 – 3D‑Printed Items
Some products sold on messwithfilm.com are made to order using 3D printing. Since each piece is produced individually, slight variations in appearance may occur between items (surface irregularities, color tone variations). These characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a lack of conformity. They do not entitle the customer to a return or refund.
Article 6 – Delivery Times
Products are shipped within 5 business days after receipt of payment. This period may be extended for products with text personalization, which require custom manufacturing.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Article L221‑18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with text personalization, in accordance with Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code (goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized).
To exercise this right, please contact us via the contact form on messwithfilm.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Article 8 – Refunds
In the event of withdrawal, messwithfilm agrees to refund all amounts paid (excluding return shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
Article 9 – Legal Warranties
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217‑4 to L217‑14 of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
Article 10 – Personal Data
The data collected is necessary to process your order and is intended for messwithfilm. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via messwithfilm.com.
Article 11 – Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Marseille, France.
