For customized products with text, processing time may be slightly longer due to the made‑to‑order nature of these items. You will receive updates by email about the progress of your order.
Delivery Areas: We currently ship to mainland France and the European Union.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery method and order total. Free shipping is available for orders over €65 within mainland France (home delivery and pickup points). For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and order details.
Order Tracking: Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
